Q. How do I place an order?
A. Four easy steps…
1. Select and pay for your chosen invitation/card by clicking on the BUY button next to each product you wish to purchase. You will be automatically directed to our secure Paypal checkout for payment.

3. We email you a proof for your approval (ie: this is when you check that the information and photo on your card is all perfect).
4. We email you your final invitation/card.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. Our secure checkout accepts all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard), eCheques, bank transfers, as well as PayPal accounts. Be assured, you don't need a PayPal account to purchase our products.
Q. In what format are the proofs and final products supplied?

Q. Can I print the card / invitation I purchase?
A. Yes absolutely you can!
They look beautiful printed. (They even look gorgeous on canvas!) Most clients get their invite/card printed at places like: home or office printer, Officeworks, Kwik Kopy, MBE etc.
Q. What sort of photo should I supply?
A. A digital, high resolution photo is best eg: 300dpi quality in jpeg or tiff format. You can also scan an actual photo, just ensure you scan at 300 dpi. Your photo can be colour or black & white, whichever you prefer. As you can see from the designs, a close up photo of your child’s face is best, but not essential. Keep patterns and backgrounds plain and not too distracting from your child’s face.
